摘 要:利用SSR分子标记技术进行种子纯度鉴定是一种准确快速、简单高效的方法。试验选用100对引物在鄂茄子2号亲本间进行PCR扩增,从中筛选出的3对引物SM17、SM29、SM51在双亲本间能够扩增出差异互补的条带。利用这3对引物对鄂茄子2号杂种一代群体进行纯度鉴定,鉴定结果为97.1%;与同批次种子的田间鉴定结果(96.1%,鉴定地点海南岛)接近,说明应用SSR分子标记技术实施茄子杂种一代种子的纯度鉴定是可行的。It is a kind of accurate,rapid,simple and efficient method by using SSR molecular markers for identification of the seed purity.100 pairs of SSR primers were screened for polymorphic amplification between the parental lines of Solanum melongena L.cv.E-Qiezi No.2.Among those primers,3 pairs of primers,SM17,SM29 and SM51,amplified specific bands different from either of the parents.The 3 pairs of primers were used to analyze the purity of S.melongena L.cv.E-Qiezi No.2.The results showed the seed purity was 97.1%,and was very similar to field observation(Hainan Island identification 96.1%),indicating that using SSR molecular markers for purity identification of eggplant hybrid seed was feasible.
