地方高校学报在新农村建设中的作用探讨

摘　　要：从地方高校学报在推动社会主义新农村建设方面的作用入手,探讨地方高校学报改革的方向和目的,并为地方高校学报的改革和社会主义新农村建设提供一种新的思路。本研究认为,地方高校学报在推动新农村建设中具有三大作用:传播技术知识、推动学校科研成果转化为生产力;服务政治、文化建设,注重乡土研究,提高村民文化素质;发展区域经济研究,促进农产品营销。提出了地方高校学报推动新农村建设的具体措施:把学报摆入农家书屋,建立农业科技人员与地方高校学报之间的联系;组织相关作者走进田间地头,促进科研成果向生产力转化;帮助农民群众提高科技、文化素养,练好创造财富的内功。In the reform of publishing system,and from the journals of local colleges which has the role of promoting socialist new rural construction,the direction and purpose of the university journal reform were discussed,meanwhile,a new train of thought for the reform of journals of local colleges and universities together with the new socialist countryside construction was provided.It was considered that the journals of local colleges and universities had the following three major function： firstly,it propagated technology and knowledge and promoted the transformation of school sci-tech achievements into productivity.Secondly,it served politics,cultural construction,paid attention to local research,and enhanced the villagers’ cultural quality.Thirdly,it developed regional economy research,pushed marketing of agricultural products and so on.Practical measures to promote new rural construction by local university were put forward,they are placing the journal into farm book store,constructing the relationship between agricultural scientists and journal of local university,organizing the related journal editors to go into field,which helping farmers enhance their quilty,creating wealthing by strengthening the self-construction,seeking multilateral support and so on.
