摘　　要：城市垃圾的处理,无论对于发达国家还是发展中国家都是个普遍存在而又亟待解决的问题。城市生活垃圾处理的策略应结合城市发展环境、垃圾处理现状条件、垃圾总量、垃圾成分、垃圾处理技术水平、经济承受能力等多种因素综合考虑。礼县经济比较落后,对生活垃圾的处理长期处于落后状态,垃圾填埋处置措施选择填埋法较为适合,可以减少环境的污染,降低处置成本,有利于填埋场的处置管理,并可为我国西部经济较为落后的小型城市生活垃圾处理提供参考。It is a quite urgent problem that the disposal of Municipal solid waste has become more and more generally both in the developing and developed countries.The development of citizen system for disposal of Municipal solid waste has already become the tendeney in the world.The tragedies of dealing with wastes in the city should be comprehensively considered and considerately carried out according to the most suitable development methods to the city, which includes developing environment, geography features,economic abilities.The relative economic backward and the shortage of technology power in the Lixian County make the crisis much serious for a long time.The burial method should be the best harmless dealing formula for Municipal solid wastes, which relatively adoptable for Lixian Country to date.Garbage landfill disposal measures to choose a suitable landfill method.May reduce the pollution of environment, the design request and reduces the handling cost.It is advantageous for us to the management of landfill site.And reduce environmental pollution and to China economy is relatively backward small city life garbage disposal to provide reference.
