摘　　要：阿克纠宾东方石油技术服务有限责任公司是中石油西部钻探工程公司设在哈萨克斯坦共和国阿克纠宾市的一家全资子公司,主要业务范围包括石油钻井、固井、打捞、下套管、定向作业、取芯作业、钻井工具及配套材料供应和技术服务等石油工程技术服务。通过对该公司的历史沿革和发展历程、目前的管理模式和组织架构的介绍,寻找和发现管理中的短板和瓶颈问题,通过认真地分析和全面地调查研究,结合实际,找出实现管理提升的策略和方法及针对性强、切实可行的实施步骤,使公司建立起一套可持续改进的制度体系,并通过加强管理、加大员工培训力度、苦练内功等一系列措施,实现员工综合素质和技能的全面提升的目的,为企业的可持续发展提供良好的原动力。Aktobe orient oil technology service Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of CNPC XIBU drilling engineering company limited at Aktohe city of K;akhstan. Its main oil engi- neering business scope includes petroleum drilling, well cementa- tion, salvage, casing running, directional operation, coring, drilling tool and supporting material supply with technology service etc. The paper introduced the historical development, ac- tual management mode and organizational structure of the com- pany, discussed the short board and bottleneck problem discov- ered in management. Through careful analysis and comprehen- sive investigations the paper put forward the policy and means and the targeted practical implementation steps to realize the management improvement and set up a suit of sustainable impro- ring management system. By a series of measures such as enhan- cing management, reinforcing employee train and hard skills the aim to enhance employee＇s comprehensive qualities and skills would be come true, the corporation would have a motive power for sustainable development.
