摘　　要：在分析美军技术标准视图构建方法的基础上,结合军事电子信息系统特点,提出网络化条件下军事电子信息系统多维度技术体制分类方法和基于元数据的技术体制描述方法。同时,从系统技术架构的视角,构建了军事电子信息系统技术体制分类体系,并按照技术体制XML描述格式给出了技术体制描述示例,为军事电子信息系统技术体制/标准体系论证、设计提供支撑。Based on analysis of the method for establishing standard view of DOD, taking into account the character of military electronic information systems, the multidimensional classification method of technical view and description method were put forward in this paper to support military electronic information systems design. According to the technical architecture and XML schema of technical view description, a technical view was put forward for validating availability of the methods at last.
