脂联素对妊娠高血压综合症影响的文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的从文献计量学角度评估脂联素对妊娠高血压综合症影响的研究趋势。方法以"脂联素"和"妊娠高血压"为主题词,检索Pubmed、中国生物医学全文数据库、CNKI、万方数据库和维普数据库,对纳入研究的文献进行统计分析。结果有46篇文献纳入研究,发表自13个不同国家和地区,被31种期刊收录,子痫前期是脂联素在妊娠高血压综合症研究领域的热点。结论脂联素参与了子痫前期的发病过程,作为生物标志物应用仍存在争议。Objective To evaluate the current research trend on using adiponectin（APN） in pregnancy - in- duced hypertension（PIH） by bibliometric analysis. Methods All publications about ＂adiponectin＂ and ＂pregnancy -induced hypertension＂ were collected from Pubmed, CBM, CNKI, VIP and WF data. Bibliometrical analysis was performed according to the publication years, addresses, agencies and things about case report. Results A total of 46 papers were included. Articles came from 13 countries or areas and 31 journals. The change of APN in Preeelamp- sia（PE） patients was considered as PIH research hotspot. Conclusion APN might play a role in the pathophysiology of PE, it was controvertible that it would be useful as biomarker.
