云南省大学生“村官”工作中存在的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：选聘大学生"村官"到农村任职,对充实基层干部队伍力量,加快推进新农村建设,缓解毕业生就业压力有着积极的作用。但大学生"村官"作为开创性的新生事物,在实际工作中不可避免的存在一些问题。通过对云南省16个州(市)的204名大学生"村官"的调查,了解云南省大学生"村官"工作在实施过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。Selecting college students village official to serve in rural areas plays a positive role in enrich the team strength of rural grassroots cadres, speeding up the construction of new countryside and alleviating the employment pressure. As a pioneering new thing, inevitably there are some problems in practical work of college students village offiual. 204 college student village officials from 16 cities in Yunnan Province were investigated to find out the existing problems in the implementation of the work, and then the effective countermeasures were put forward in the paper.
