摘 要:针对某低品位菱镁矿石中主要杂质矿物石英嵌布粒度极细的特点,试验选择在细磨条件下先反浮选后正浮选的工艺流程,控制磨矿细度-200目占92.6%,反浮选在pH≈5.5、十二胺350 g/t,正浮选在pH=9.5~10、水玻璃3 500 g/t、油酸钠1 500 g/t的条件下进行,得到含MgO 46.85%、SiO21.21%的菱镁矿精矿。For a low-grade magnesite ore with fine disseminated quartz as a main impurity mineral,tests were carried out at fine grinding conditions,and a technological flowsheet including firstly reverse flotation and then direct flotation was adopted.With a grinding fineness of 92.6%-0.074 mm,the reverse flotation was carried out with 350 g/t of lauryl amine solution at around pH 5.5,and the direct flotation was carried out with 3 500 g/t of sodium silicate solution and with 1 500 g/t sodium oleate solution at a pH range from 9.5 to 10.A magnesium concentrate contenting 46.85% MgO and 1.21% SiO2 was obtained.
