采用局部更换法修复船用大型铸钢件缺陷研究

摘　　要：针对船用大型铸钢件常因制造、使用或事故等产生缺陷的状况，探讨采用局部更换法堆焊修复作为船用大型铸钢件一种再制造方法。研究影响采用局部更换法修复船用大型铸钢件缺陷修复质量的因素如子件、母件的材料、加工形状、焊材、焊接工艺及后处理方法等，结果表明局部更换法堆焊修复可以满足船用大型铸钢件缺陷修复要求，并且可以提高效率，节约费用。There are many defects in large marine steel castings due to manufacturing, using and accidents. Partial replacement and overlaying welding is one of re-manufacturing methods of large marine steel castings. The paper makes a study on the factors influencing the quality of partial replacement such as steel casting, processing shape, welding materials, welding and post-treatment. The results show that partial replacement will meet the repair requirement and improve the repair quality and save cost.
