摘　　要：老龄副机的管理难度较大，故障多，尽管轮机管理人员在管理过程作了许多努力，却收效甚微。文章以WARTSILA6L20型柴油机为例探讨老龄副机的管理，对老龄副机的主要故障进行了分析，提出了行之有效判断方法和应对措施，有较好的参考价值和指导意义。For aged marine auxiliary engines are easy to fail, it is difficult to manage them. Many engineers spent a great of effort on managing them but yielded little result. Taking WARTSILA6L20 type diesel engine as an example, the main faults of aged marine auxiliary engines are analyzed and some effective measures are put forward, which can provide valuable references for the managing engineers.
