摘 要:目的探讨冠心病患者中心动脉压(CAP)与肱-踝脉搏波速度(baPWV)的相关性。方法选择冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查患者100例,按冠心病诊断标准分为冠心病组65例,非冠心病组35例。记录血管造影过程中检测到的升主动脉压力作为CAP,并采用全自动动脉硬化检测仪测定baPWV。结果①冠心病组较非冠心病组CSP、baPWV、TC、LDL-C水平有统计学差异(P<0.05)。②多元线性逐步回归分析显示年龄、CSP、CDP、FBG和LDL-C是baPWV的独立影响因素。结论冠心病患者CAP升高,进一步促进了主动脉管壁弹性下降,中心动脉僵硬度增高,而年龄、中心动脉压、FBG、LDL-C是影响动脉僵硬度的独立危险因素。Objective To study the relation of central artery pressure (CAP) and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods One hundred patients who underwent coronary angiogra- phy (CAG) were subjected and divided into CAD group(n=65), and control group(n=35). Central aortic pressure was invasive- ly determined by catheterization and baPWV was measured with a PWV device. Results (~)The central artery systolic pressure (CSP), TC, LDL-C and baPWV were significandy higher in CAD group than that in control group (P〈0.05). (~)Muhiple linear regression analysis showed that age, CSP,CDP, FBG and LDI-C were the independent risk factors for baPWV. Conclusion The central artery pressure is significantly higher in patients with CAD, promoting further artery elasticity decrease. Age, CAP, FBG and LDL-C are the independent risk factors for arterial stiffness.
