云南白药治疗老年人牙周炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年人牙周炎的治疗方法及临床效果。方法将2011年4月～2012年12月我院收治的86例老年慢性牙周炎患者随机分为两组,每组43例,对照组患者给予牙周基础治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予云南白药牙周袋局部上药,比较两组患者1个月后牙周指数的变化情况。结果治疗前全口菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、出血指数(BI)、牙周探诊深度(PPD)在两组患者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),1个月后复查,观察组患者各项牙周指数均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为95.35%,对照组为72.09%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论云南白药治疗老年人慢性牙周炎效果显著,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the treatment methods and clinical effectiveness of elderly periodontitis. Methods 86 patients with elderly chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital from Apr 2011 to Dec 2012, 43 cases in each group. Control group were given the baseline periodontal treatment, observation group were given Yunnan Baiyao periodontal pockets of local medicine on the basis of the control group. The periodontal indexes were compared after 1 month. Results Before treatment, PLI, GI, BI,PPD showed no difference statistically between two groups （P〉0.05）. While re- examined 1 month later, all PIs of observation group were better than that of control group, there were significant difference be- tween two groups （P〈0.05）. The observation group were treated with an efficiency of 95.35%,72.09% in the control group, two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yunnan Baiyao is effective in the treatment of elderly periodontitis, it is worthy of clinical application.
