摘 要:将试验与有限元分析有效结合是提高全尺寸飞机地面振动试验(Ground Vibration Test,GVT)效率与精度的一种发展趋势。探讨了基于有限元模型的现代飞机GVT准备和GVT设计技术,介绍了在试验前利用有限元模型信息进行测量点位置优化、最佳激振力配置、支托方案的选择及评估方法等,并在型号试验中验证了该方法的可行性。通过本项目的研究可在不占用型号试验时间的前提下获得最佳试验方案,从而达到缩短飞机试验周期、降低试验成本的目的,逐步实现从单一的物理试验向分析与试验综合研究的跨越。It becomes a tendency to combine experiments and Finite Element Analysis in Ground Vibration Test (GVT) for improving its effectiveness and precision. This paper studied finiteelement model based modem aircraft GVT preparation and GVT design techniques, including collocation of the measuring points, the optimal configura tion of the exciting force, the scheme of the support and the evaluation approaches. Moreover, the feasibility of the test scheme was verified by the GVT of a type of aircraft. By utilization of these techniques, the optimal test scheme can be obtained so that the test period can be shortened and the costs can be drastically decreased as well, which will finally achieve a great jump from a simplex physical test to a synthesized research of experiment and analysis.
