摘 要:目的探讨符合儿童学习能力的儿科健康教育方法及可行的住院患儿心理护理措施,使临床儿童心理护理更具有可操作性。方法根据阅读疗法的理论,在儿科病区设“温馨书吧”,编制适合住院患儿特点的住院患儿系列图书,对240例3—14岁住院患儿开出图书处方,采取亲子阅读、交互式阅读、自我管理式阅读筝不同阅读形式进行干预。结果94.16%患儿及95.42%陪护人员对温馨书吧给予肯定,表示非常喜欢;97.08%患儿及98.33%陪护人员对图书内容表示非常喜爱;94.16%患儿及97.92%陪护人员愿意将阅读图书推荐给自己的朋友;97.08%患儿及97.50%陪护人员通过阅读相关图书了解住院期间要经历的过程,85,83%患儿能主动或在护士、陪护人员指导下配合治疗与护理;74.16%息儿懂得检查、治疗的疼痛是暂时的,能轻松应对。结论在儿科设立温馨书吧,将阅读疗法应用于住院患儿,以阅读、提问方式使图书与患几之间产生良好互动,分散患儿对疾病诊疗的恐惧心理,对提高患儿住院适应能力和治疗依从性有一定效果。同时也重视了家长在患儿治疗过程中的作用,是对健康教育实施过程中技术方法的一种补充与完善。Objeetive To investigate of pediatrics health education according with children learning ability and feasible hospitalized children psy- chological nursing, and make the psychological nursing for children even more maneuverability. Methods According with theory of bibliotherapy, set- ring up a "sweet books bar" in pediatric ward and compiling series of books for hospitalized children by their features. 240 hospitalized children of 3 - 14 years old were prescribed books, and given different reading forms intervention such as parent- child reading, interactive reading and self- managed reading.Results 94.16% hospitalized children and 95.42% accompanying persons were understood even very like sweet books bar. 97.08% hospi- talized children and 98.33% accompanying persons were very like the contents of prescription books. 94.16% hospitalized children and 97.92% ac- companying persons would like to recommend the books to their friends. 97.08% hospitalized children and 97.50% accompanying persons were under- stood the hospitalization process through reading. 85.83 % hospitalized children could cooperate with treatment and nursing under guidance of the nurses and accompanying persons. 74.16% hospitalized children understood the pain was tempemry, and could relaxed cope with it. Conclusions It could disperse the fear during the children therapy and had some effect on improving their adaptability and treatment compliance by setting up a "sweet books bar" in pediatric ward, applying Bibliotherapy to hospitalized children and reading- asking between the hospitalized children and books. In the same time, bibliothemy also attended the effect of accompanying persons on the children therapy, and it was one of supplement and perfection of bealth edu- cation.
