摘　　要：从社区智能化需求、竞争态势和问题入手,分析在移动互联网迅猛发展影响下智能社区建设给全业务运营商带来的新机遇和挑战,并提出运营商以开放、智能的网关和媒体终端搭建终端信息化平台发展智能社区终端和业务的策略,为运营商发展面向智能社区、智能家庭的宽带增值业务提供借鉴。Starting from the requirements, competitive situation and problems of the intelligent communities, the new opportunities and challenges to full-service operators are analyzed under the influence of the mobile Internet which is rapid developing. Furthermore, it is suggested for operators to develop the terminals and services in intelligent communities by building an open information platform with the gateways and media terminals.
