摘 要:介绍了几种典型的严重段塞流预测模型,建立了满足质量和动量守恒的描述混输立管系统内部周期性流动的一维瞬态流动模型。将模型计算结果与实验数据及OLGA软件计算结果进行对比,结果表明:模型计算的立管底部弯头处的压力值变化趋势及段塞周期等参数与实验数据吻合较好;模型计算结果与OLGA软件计算结果存在一定偏差,但在工程可接受范围之内,说明该模型能够对立管系统严重段塞流进行较准确的数值模拟,可为海洋立管系统的合理设计提供理论依据。In this paper, the researchers describe a prediction model for several typical severe slug flows, establish a onedimensional transient flow model expressed the periodic flow in mixing transport riser system that satisfied mass and momentum conservation, and compare the model calculation results with experimental data and OLGA software calculated results. Results show that the pressure trend at the bottom elbow of riser calculated by the model is in good agreement with experimental data, such as pressure trend and slugging cycle, and there is a certain difference between calculated results of the model and OLGA software, but it still falls into the acceptable range of the project. This research achievement indicates that this model can be used to perform correct numerical simulation for severe slug flow of riser system and taken as a theoretical basis for rational design of submarine riser systems.
