摘 要:通过分析总结天然气长输管道各种投产工艺的优缺点和适应性,结合川气东送管道投产经验,确定了对于大口径、高压力长输天然气管道的投产,采用无清管器有氮气天然气推氮气推空气投产工艺、"先站场、后线路"的置换顺序具有经济可行安全可靠等优点。对投产前的检查、氮气置换、天然气置换、管道升压、试供气等投产过程中的关键技术进行了分析,重点探讨了管道投产氮气置换的注氮设施、注氮位置、注氮量、注氮温度、注氮速度及氮气封存范围等技术参数。该技术可为国内外新建大口径、高压力天然气管道的投产提供参考。It is confirmed that the commissioning technology with the "No pig but nitrogen, gas-to-nitrogen, and nitrogen-to-air" process and the gas replacement sequence of the "Pipeline route behind compressor stations" are economic, safe and reliable for large-diameter, high-pressure long-distance gas pipeline based on analyzing and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages as well as the adaptability of various commissioning technologies for long-distance gas pipeline in combination with the commissioning experiences in NG Pipeline Project from Sichuan to the East. The key technologies in the commissioning process, such as inspection prior to commissioning, nitrogen replacement, natural gas replacement, pipeline boosting, test gas supply, etc are analyzed, and the nitrogen injection facilities, nitrogen injection location, nitrogen injection quantity and nitrogen injection temperature, nitrogen injection speed and nitrogen sealing range for nitrogen replacement of pipeline commissioning are mainly discussed, which may provide a reference to the commissioning of newly-built large-diameter high-pressure natural gas pipeline at home and abroad.
