摘  要:为了加强原油管道节能经济运行管理,分析了目前长输管道能耗预测的方法和软件的进展,以定流量稳态优化运行工艺计算数学模型和软件包为内核,集成相关功能模块,开发了原油管道能耗测算软件,建立了原油管道能耗测算系统平台。软件可根据月输油任务,进行优化计算,输出优化运行方案、最优生产能耗区间,为制定运行方案、节能考核指标,以及实现安全运行管理提供决策参考。秦京线算例分析结果表明,该输油管道节能重点在于控制输油温度,减少燃料消耗。In this paper, for the purpose of strengthening the economic and energy saving operation management of crude oil pipelines, the authors analyze the development of long-distance pipeline energy consumption estimation methods and software, and develop an energy consumption estimation software with a mathematical model and software packages for process calculation of constant flow steady-state optimal operation as the kernel and through integrating relevant functional modules, establish an energy consumption estimation system for crude oil pipelines. This software can perform optimization calculation according to the monthly oil transportation task and output the optimized operation plan, optimal production energy consumption interval, providing a decision-making reference to the preparation of operation plan and energy saving assessment indicators, as well as safety operation management. A case calculation from Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline shows that the key of energy saver for oil pipelines is to control oil temperature and reduce fuel consumption.
