摘 要:基于Pd2+-甲基紫-Br-三元配合物、硫酸镍配合物,采用分光光度法测定钯-镍合金镀液中钯和镍的质量分数。通过实验得出最佳的测定条件。钯的测量波长为580nm,线性回归方程为A=0.457 1ρ1+0.107 1。镍的测量波长为395nm,线性回归方程为A=0.002 5ρ2+0.040 9。该方法简单准确,成本低廉,优于传统方法。Based on Pd^2+-MV-Br^- ternary complexes and nickel sulfate complexes, the mass fractions of palladium and nickel in Pd Ni alloy plating bath were determined by spectrophotometry. The best determination conditions were acquired by experiments. The measuring wavelengths for palladium and nickel are 580 nm and 395 nm respectively. Corresponding to these wavelength, the linear regression equations for palladium and nickel are A=0.4571ρ1+0.1071 and A=0.0025ρ2+0.0409 respectively. This method is simple, accurate and lower cost, superior to the conventional method.
