摘 要:用微波辐射合成工艺代替了传统的溶液聚合法,制备了富马酸-丙烯酸共聚物(FAcoAA),研究了其助洗性能,并与微波辐射法所制备的马来酸酐-丙烯酸共聚物(FAcoAA)产品的助洗性能进行了比较。实验得出微波辐射合成FAcoAA的较佳条件为:富马酸(FA)与丙烯酸(AA)的质量比为m(FA):m(AA)=1:10,引发剂过硫酸钠的用量为单体总质量的6%,微波功率为600W,辐射时间为8min。The fumaric- acrylic acid copolymer {FAcoAA} was synthesized by the microwave radiation instead of the traditional method of solution polymerization. The detergent properties were also studied, as well as compared with the maleic anhydride - acrylic copolymer ( MAcoAA } synthesized via microwave - assisted method. The experiments showed that the optimum conditions were as follows : mass ratio of FA to AA is 1 : 10 ; the amount of sodium persulfate is 6% of the total monomers'mass; the microwave power is 600W and the radiation time is 8min.
