摘 要:目的:研究滚动床结构对其内部颗粒传热特性,探讨其对中药炮制过程的影响。方法:以径向截面多点测温法对滚筒内物料温度进行实时监测,优化滚筒结构;以水红花子爆花率及槲皮素的含量为评价指标,采用HPLC法进行含量测定。结果:滚动床最佳结构条件为转速为rpm=50,内置8个135°"L"型挡板,此时其内物料颗粒传热最为均匀,且此条件机械化炮制水红花子爆花率达50%以上,槲皮素含量为0.69mg.g-1,明显高于传统方法炒制的水红花子槲皮素的含量。结论:滚动式炒制机内物料设计合理,传热迅速、均匀、使用方便,能够保障和提高中药炮制品的质量,此研究对药材炒制机械化生产提供科学依据。objective : Research on rolling bed structure on its internal particles heat transfer characteristics, and discussing the in fluence on processing for TCM. methods: Roller structure was optimized by monitoring materials temperature in roller with radial section of multi-point temperature measurement method ; With fructus Polygoni Orientalis frizzling rate and its internal quercetin content as evaluation indexes ; HPLC method for content determination, results : Optimal structure of the rolling bed as following: stir frying speed 50 r ~ rain - 1 , 8 flights with L-shaped, and then the oPtimization of mechanization processing fructus Polygoni Orientalis has a high frizzling rate above the 50%, and the content of the quercetin is 0. 69mg · g^-1, this method is better than the traditional processing. conclusion: The rolling bed had a optimal structure, heat transfer quickly and evenly, it can be improved a quality of processing TCM. This research can provide a experimental basis for mechanized frying production of Chinese material medicine.
