针刺结合曲安奈德注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较毫针针刺结合曲安奈德注射液注射和毫针针刺与0.9%的氯化钠注射液注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效差异。方法:将120例腰椎间盘突出症门诊患者随机分成两组,一组进行毫针针刺结合曲安奈德注射液注射治疗,另一组进行毫针针刺与0.9%的氯化钠注射液注射治疗,所选穴位均为突出节段的腰夹脊穴和大肠俞、关元俞、气海俞;单侧患者取单侧,中央型突出者取双侧。治疗一疗程后评定疗效。结果:针刺结合曲安奈德注射液注射组和针刺与0.9%的氯化钠注射液注射组的总有效率分别为98.3%和80.0%(P<0.01);治愈率分别为68.3%和36.7%(P<0.01)。差异显著,有统计学意义。结论:临床观察表明,针刺结合曲安奈德注射可更有效地减轻或消除因腰椎间盘突出引起的腰腿痛等临床症状。Objective： To compare the difference of efficacy of acupuncture combined with the sodium chloride injection injection for the treatment of lumbar Cu Ann Ned injection and acupuncture and 0. 9% protrusion of the intervertebral disc. The curative effect was evaluated after one course of treatment. Results： The effect of acupuncture combined with Cu Ann Ned injection group and acupuncture and 0.9% sodium chloride injection group the total effective rate were 98.3% and 80% （ P 〈0. 01 ） ; the cure rate was 68. 3% and 36. 7% respectively （ P 〈0.01 ） . Significantly, there was statistical significance. Conclusion： The clinical observation showed that, acupuncture combined with Cu Ann Ned injection can effectively reduce or eliminate the clinical symptoms caused by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation lumbago.
