后程适形放疗同期化疗治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌病人的护理

摘　　要：目的加强非小细胞肺癌病人后程适形放疗同期化疗的护理，有效控制和减少治疗中的毒副反应，确保治疗顺利进行。方法对2009年1月～2012年1月在我院住院的39例Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者，进行了同步放化疗中的临床观察和研究，对在治疗中出现的毒副反应采取了相应的护理措施。结果39例患者在治疗中均出现不同程度的药物毒性反应。经过采取相应的护理措施，无一例患者因毒副反应中断治疗，均按计划顺利地完成全段治疗。结论后程适形放疗同期化疗治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌，在提高疗效的同时，毒副反应亦相应地增加。护理人员必须全面了解患者的病情和治疗方法等基本知识，加强治疗中的临床观察。针对在放化疗中所发生的毒副反应，采取相应的护理措施，最大限度地预防或减轻毒副反应，使治疗计划顺利地完成，从而提高患者的治疗效果和生存质量。Objective To enhance the nursing of pest - period conformal radiotherapy and chemotherapy of non - small cell lung cancer patients, and effectively control and reduce side reaction and ensure treatment be successfully. Methods The author did clinical observation and study to 39 pa- tients of Ⅲ state non - small cell lung cancer from 2009 January to 2012 January been in our hospital, also gave relevant nursing in order to avoid side reaction. Results 39 cases all had different side reaction. After relevant nursing, there was no patients who stopped treatment because of side reaction, and all of them accomplished the whole treatment successfully according to plan. Conclusions The pest - period confonnal radiotherapy and chemother- apy to treat patients of Ⅲ state non - small cell lung cancer could improved effect but meantime it also increased side reaction. So nursing staff should understand patient＇ s condition and treatment methods overall and enhance clinical observation during treatment. In order to avoid side reaction during radiotherapy and chemiotherapy, they should apply relevant nursing measure and utmost prevent or reduce side reaction. So we could accomplish treat- ment plan successfiAly and improve patient＇s treatment effect and life quality.
