摘  要:介绍了基于机器视觉的电缆护套拉伸长度测量系统的组成结构,建立了电缆护套拉伸长度测量的软件系统框架,提出了电缆护套拉伸长度的测量算法;试验在(23±2)℃温度下进行,拉力机夹头间距为34mm,夹头移动速度为200mm/min;首先对采集到的图像进行预处理,然后进行阈值分割、进一步提取出电缆护套上标记点的边缘轮廓,利用求重心函数求得标记点的重心后,测量电缆护套两标记点间的距离,并对测量误差进行了分析;实验结果表明,采用机器视觉的非接触测量方法可以实现对电缆护套拉伸长度的快速、精确的测量,这对推动电缆护套拉伸长度测量技术和电缆护套工业的进步与发展具有重要意义。this paper introduced the composing structure of the stretching length measuring system of the cable sheath based on machine vision, established the software system frame of the stretching length measurement of the cable sheath, presented the stretching length measuring arithmetic of the cable sheath. The experiment was carried on at (23±2)℃ with the tensile speed 200 mm/min and the distance between chucks 34 ram. Based on this, precondition the captured image firstly, then extract the edge contour of the marks on the cable sheath by taking advantage of threshold segmentation and edge detection, after get the center of gravity of the mark by certain function, carry on the actual measurement to the two marks on one cable sheath, and analyzed the error of measuring. The result of the experiment shows that the non--touching measured method of machine vision can realize the fast and accurate measurement for length of the cable sheath, which has great significance to promote the progress and development of the stretching length measurement technology for cable sheath and the cable sheath industry.
