摘 要:为了实现对液体导弹贮箱腐蚀剩余壁厚的快速大面积自动测量,研究了红外热波方法厚度测量的可行性;基于一维热传导理论分析了热波检测的最大温差法和初始时刻法厚度测量方法,并制作了含平底洞的不锈钢材料模拟腐蚀试件,开展了热波检测的试验研究;结果表明红外热波方法可以快速检测贮箱的剩余壁厚,但检测结果受三维热传导的影响较大,需要进一步研究修正模型或建立基于三维热传导理论的厚度测量模型,以提高测量精度,实现贮箱壁厚的自动测量。In order to fast and large area automatic measure the remaining wall thickness of liquid propellant tank, the infrared thermal wave detection method was applied for discussing the measurement reliability. The maximum temperature difference method and the initial time method were introduced, which based on the one--dimensional heat conduction theory, and a stainless steel plat with flat--bottomed hole simulated corrosion specimen was produced for detection experiment. By applying the two methods for the experiment data, the remai- ning thicknesses were acquired. The results show that the remaining wall thickness of the tank can be quickly detected by the infrared thermal wave method, but the measure accuracy was great influenced by the three--dimensional heat conduction, therefore it is need to establish correction model or measurement model that based on three--dimensional heat conduction theory, to improve the accuracy and achieve the automatte measurement for remaining wall thickness of liquid propellant tank.
