摘　　要：GPIB作为生命力最顽强的仪器总线之一,广泛应用于各种仪器设备中;随着LXI总线技术的出现,将传统的GPIB设备纳入LXI系统从而组建混合自动测试系统已成为测试领域的一个新的研究目标;文章介绍了LXI-GPIB控制器以及针对该控制器的VISA库设计,首先介绍了控制器的硬件结构,然后详细阐述了资源管理器的设计,之后重点对VXI-11资源发现以及VISA格式化I/O操作的实现进行了论述;最后通过操作多台不同厂家的仪器对控制器和VISA库进行测试,结果表明通过控制器和VISA库能够正确地查找和操作GPIB设备。As one of the most strong living instrumentation buses, GPIB has been widely adopted by varieties of instruments. With the development of LXI, emerging GPIB instruments to LXI system to build hybrid automatic test system has become a new research filed. This thesis introduces the design of LXI--GPIB controller and its VISA library, first gives a brief introduction to the hardware of LXI--GPIB controller, then focusing on VISA resource manage as well as the implementations of VXI--11 protocol to find resource and format I/O functions. Finally, the thesis tests the controller and VISA library, showing they can cooperate well to find and operate GPIB instruments.
