摘 要:阐述了一种基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术的频谱分析仪的软硬件设计方法及实现方案,并分析研究了频谱分析及误差理论;以模块化模拟电路结合FPGA模块作为硬件主体,对信号进行采集、调理、存储及传输,以LabVIEW软件平台作为核心,对信号进行滤波、加窗、频域分析及显示;频率范围能达到40MHz,最小分辨率1Hz,分析谱宽40 MHz以内可调;模块化硬件结构和图形化编程环境保证其系统可靠性、稳定性、兼容性及可持续发展性;最后对该虚拟频谱分析仪进行实测,并对比实际信号,给出理论分析及实验验证结果。A hardware and software design method and implementation of spectrum analyzer based on LabVIEW virtual instrument technology is introduced in this paper, also it researches and analysises the spectrum analysis and the deviation theory. The analog circuits modular combined FPGA modules as the main hardware, is uesd to collecting, adjusting, storing and transmiting the signals. The LabVIEW software platform as the core, is uesd to filtering, windowing, frequency domain analysising and displaying the signal. The frequency range could reach 40MHz, the minimum resolution is 1Hz, analysis of spectral width can be adjusted within 40MHz. The modular structure of hardware and the graphical programming environment ensure its reliability, stability, compatibility and sustainable development. Finally, the virtual spectrum analyzer is measured, and compared to the actual signal, also it gives the theoretical analysis and experimental results.
