摘 要:鼻中隔软骨自身修复及重建能力有限,成为鼻中隔软骨缺损治疗的一大难题。随着软骨组织工程学科的发展,组织工程化软骨重建并移植修复软骨缺损已初步应用于临床。细胞外基质在软骨组织工程学中有重要的作用,与之相关的生长因子可提高鼻中隔软骨细胞增殖并促进细胞外基质的分泌;三维空间生长系统为鼻中隔软骨细胞和生长因子提供结构支持,从而提高了细胞外基质的分泌量;这些都已在软骨组织工程学中成为共同关心的研究课题。本文就鼻中隔软骨细胞外基质在软骨组织工程学中的研究及进展作一综述。The treatment for septal cartilage of nose defect is difficult, as the capacity ofseptal cartilage's repair and reconstruction is limited. With the development of the discipline of cartilage tissue engineering, tissue-engineered cartilage reconstruction has been initially used in clinical transplantation to repair cartilage defects. The role of the extracellular matrix in cartilage tissue engineering is important. Related growth factors can improve septal chondrocyte proliferation and promote the secretion of extracellular matrix. Three -dimensional growth systems provide structural support for septal chondrocyte and growth factors, and thus improve the secretion of extracellular matrix. All of these have become a common subject in the research of cartilage tissue engineering. In this paper, the research and progress on the role of extracellular matrix of septal cartilage in cartilage tissue engineering are reviewed.
