摘　　要：他汀类药物除有降胆固醇作用外，还对恶性肿瘤有一定的治疗作用。其可能的抗肿瘤作用机制为：诱导细胞凋亡及分化、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、降低肿瘤细胞侵袭转移能力、联合增敏以及化学预防作用。Statins not only can help lower cholesterol, but also has certain effect for the treatment of malignant tumor. Its possible antitumor mechanisms include inducing apoptosis and differentiation, inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, reducing the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells, combined sensitization and chemical prevention effect.
