摘　　要：运用文献资料法、观察法、比较分析法,通过观看伦敦奥运会女排比赛录像进行技术统计,在此基础上,对伦敦奥运会女排比赛中国与巴西、美国、日本队的扣球、拦网、接发球等技术指标进行比较分析,指出中国队与世界强队在各项技术上的优势与不足,并提出建议,为中国女排的训练与比赛提供理论参考。This article has made a technique features analysis of the players＇ body shape, spike, block, serve and ball of the women＇ volleyball team of China, brazil, the United States and Japan by watching the video of London Olympic Games. By the ways of literature review, observation, expert interview and comparative analysis, the author points out the advantages and the disadvantages of these teams and provided Chinese women＇s teams with some suggestions as a theoretical reference for match and training.
