摘 要:为了解决平煤股份十矿煤与瓦斯突出工作面瓦斯含量高、效检超标率高、掘进期间炮后风流瓦斯超限问题,采用本煤层水力压裂增透、卸压、强化抽采瓦斯的方法对瓦斯灾害进行了治理。效果考察显示缝隙沟通,瓦斯抽采率提高到49.5%,电磁辐射预测突出、防突措施效检超标率显著降低,经济效益显著。该技术减弱了压裂控制区域的瓦斯膨胀能、地应力集中现象,消除了煤与瓦斯突出危险性。To solve the problems such as high gas concentration, high exceeding rate of outburst prevention and prediction index, gas o-verrun in the heading face after blasting in No. 10 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Industry Co. , Ltd. ,the pressure releasing and permeability improvement and gas drainage integrated technology with the hydraulic fracturing was applied. The results show that af- ter the comprehensive outburst prevention measure with the hydraulic fracturing applied, the fractures were connected, the forecasted rate of gas drainage was improved to 49.5% , the economic benefit is well. Pulse and strength of electromagnetic radiation warning were greatly reduced,exceeding rate of outburst prevention and prediction index were also reduced significantly. It was proved that, expansion energy of gas and stress-concentration and coal-gas outburst were released greatly in regions controlled by hydraulic fracturing, the dan-ger of coal and gas outburst was eliminated, too.
