摘  要:棋盘井地区的16煤层位于奥灰承压水体,回采过程中的突水危害成为安全生产的最大威胁。结合该地区的水文地质条件,依据补径排关系等方法,分析了井田内灰岩的富水性、隔水岩层的岩性、16煤层底板隔水层的抗水能力等煤矿地质条件。论证了断层等构造对16煤层带压开采的影响,并对开采16煤层的可行性进行了分析,最后提出了保障安全开采的基本措施。No. 16 coal seam in Qipanjing region locates in Ordovician limestone confined water,and it has become the largest hidden hazard to the safe production in the process of coal winning. According to the hydrogeological conditions of this area,in accordance with the water recharge,runoff and drainage conditions,water abundance of limestones,the lithology of impermeable rock formation and wa-ter-resistant capability of the 16 coal floor impermeable layer were analysed in this paper. The impact on faults and other structures on the mining under safe water pressure of aquifer of No. 16 coal seam was demonstrated,the mining feasibility of No. 16 coal seam was also analysed. Finally, the basic measures of ensuring safe mining were proposed in the paper.
