摘　　要：概括分析了客运专线铁路全电缆贯通线运行中各类过电压的危害性及相应解决措施,阐述了按绝缘配合原则选择电缆绝缘水平的方法,对保证系统稳定运行具有重要意义。All kinds of over-voltage hazardous anti the corresponding solutions of whole cable transfixion line of passenger dedicated railway line were summerized and analyzed. Methods of selecting cable insulation level according to the insulation coordination principle were elaboreted. It could guarentee the system operate stable.
