摘  要:论述了近期开发的丁基橡胶及聚异丁烯类弹性体新品种及其性能。采用改进型引发体系合成高二烯烃结合量的丁基橡胶;加入适宜交联剂组分以提高丁基橡胶生胶强度及弹性,改善其制品的尺寸稳定性;采用多官能团引发剂制取双峰分子量分布的丁基橡胶;在聚合过程加入支化剂制取星形支化丁基橡胶;以对甲基苯乙烯取代异戊二烯为第2单体的异丁烯共聚物和异丁烯/异戊二烯/苯乙烯类三元共聚物及其溴化物的合成、特性及应用。The new kinds of butyl rubber and polyisobutylene-based elastomer developed recently were discussed, such as high-isoprene unit content butyl rubber prepared with new initiating systems in the presence of weakly nucleophillic counter anions, bimodal molecular weight distribution type butyl rub-ber synthesized with multifunctional group initiators, high hardness butyl rubber and the new classes of copolymer of isobutylene/p-methylstyrene and ter-polymer of isobutylene/isoprene/styrenic monomer. And it was also discussed that rheological behavior of the butyl rubbers can be regulated by adding some suitable crosslinking agent during the polymerization process.
