摘  要:分析了5种牌号溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)(2255、2222、2211、2030、BIIR-C)的溴含量,并研究了5种BIIR生胶的门尼黏度和热稳定性及硫化胶的物理机械性能和热稳定性。结果表明,BIIR生胶溴含量从大到小的顺序依次为2255,2222,2211,BIIR-C,2030,门尼黏度从大到小的顺序依次为2255,2222,2211,2030,BIIR-C;生胶热稳定性以及热分解活化能从大到小的顺序依次为2255,2211,BIIR-C,2222,2030;在5种BIIR生胶中,2255具有最大的硫化速率,且其硫化胶具有最优的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率及撕裂强度,2030和BIIR-C硫化胶的撕裂强度较低,且2030的热稳定性最差。Bromine content of bromobutyl rubbers (BIIR) with different brands (2255, 2222, 2211, 2030, BIIR-C) were analyzed,Mooney viscosity and thermal stability of BIIR gums as well as the mechanical properties and thermal stabili-ty of BIIR vulcanizates with different brands were studied. The results showed that the order of bromine content from high to low was 2255, 2222, 2211, BIIR-C, 2030, Mooney viscosity 2255,2222, 2211, 2030, BIIR-C, and thermal sta-bility and apparent activation energy of BIIR gums 2255,2211, BIIR-C, 2222, 2030. Among the five BIIR gums, 2255 had the largest vulcanization rate, and its vulcanizate possessed the best tensile strength, elongation at break and tear strength, and 2030 and BIIR-C vulcanizates revealed poor tear strength, 2030 had the lowest thermal stability.
