摘 要:采用机械共混法制备了石墨/二硫化钼(MoS2)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)复合材料,考察了石墨和MoS2用量对复合材料物理机械性能及摩擦性能的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜表征了填料在橡胶基体中的分散情况。结果表明,石墨/MoS2/NBR复合材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和邵尔A硬度均高于石墨/NBR复合材料和MoS2/NBR复合材料,当添加10份石墨和7份MoS2时,复合材料的物理机械性能最佳,且填料在橡胶基体中的分散性最好,摩擦因数达到最小值0.7。The graphite/molybdenum disulfide ( MoS2 )/nitrile rubber(NBR) composites were pre-pared by mechanical blending method, and the effects of amount of graphite and MoS2 on mechani-cal properties and friction properties of the compos-ites were investigated. The dispersion of the fillers in rubber was characterized by scanning electron micro-scope. The results showed that tensile strength, tear strength and Shore A hardness of graphite/MoSJ NBR composites were higher than those of graphite/NBR composites and MoSJNBR composites. When amount of graphite and MoS2 were 10, 7 phr respec-tively, the mechanical properties of NBR composites were the best, the dispersion of the filler in rubber was optimum, and the friction coefficient of the com-posite reached minimum value(0.7 ).
