摘 要:采用跳模法对再生胶进行发泡,考察了硫黄、促进剂CZ、TMTD对再生胶发泡特性及发泡体物理机械性能的影响,并用体视显微镜表征了泡孔结构。结果表明,随着硫黄用量的增加,再生胶发泡体的密度增大,发泡率、收缩率、泡孔体积分数及泡孔直径均减小,邵尔C硬度和压缩强度增大;随着CZ用量的增加,再生胶发泡体的密度和泡孔直径减小,发泡率和泡孔体积分数先减小后增大,收缩率先增大后减小,压缩强度和邵尔C硬度均先减小后增大;随着TMTD用量的增加,再生胶发泡体的密度增大,发泡率和泡孔体积分数均减小,收缩率和泡孔直径先增大后减小,压缩强度增大后略有下降。The reclaimed rubber (RR) was foamed by molding, effects of sulfur, accelerant CZ, TMTD on the foaming property of RR and mechani-cal properties of RR foams were investigated, and the cell structure was characterized by stereo-microscope. The results showed that with increasing sulfur, the density of RR foam increased, foaming capacity, shrinkage factor, cell volume fraction and cell diameter decreased, and Shore C hardness and compressive strength increased. With increasing CZ, the density and cell diameter of RR foam den-creased, foaming capacity, cell volume fraction,Shore C hardness and compressive strength de-creased first and then increased, and shrinkage fac- tor increased first and then decreased. With increas-ing TMTD, the density of RR foam increased, foa-ming capacity and cell volume fraction decreased, shrinkage factor and cell diameter increased first and then decreased, and compressive strength increased first and then decreased slightly.
