摘　　要：目的评价四川省疑似预防接种异常反应(Adverse Events Following Immunization,AEFI)监测工作开展情况,分析AEFI的发生特征和预防接种服务质量。方法收集2009-2011年全国AEFI监测系统上报的四川省AEFI监测数据,用描述性流行病学方法对相关数据进行分析。结果截止2011-12-31,四川省96.20%的县报告了AEFI,共报告AEFI病例2325例,其中9月、6月和4月报告病例较多,男性多于女性,≤1岁儿童占30.75%;接种后0～1d发生占79.05%;一般反应和异常反应占87.06%,偶合症次之,其他原因极少;国家免疫规划(NIP)疫苗AEFI报告发生率为0.35/100万剂～64.25/100万剂,远低于预期发生数。结论四川省AEFI监测的及时性、完整性和敏感性较低,监测质量需进一步提高;AEFI常发生在小年龄儿童和接种早期,为AEFI监测的重点。Objective To evaluate the implementation of the surveillance on adverse events following immunization （AEFI） in Siehuan province, and to analyze the characteristics of AEFI as well as the service quality of vacci-nation. Methods Monitoring data of AEFI reported by Sichuan province during 2009-2011 from the national AEFI monitoring system was collected and analyzed with the method of descriptive epidemiology. Results By December 31st. 2011,96.20% counties in Sichuan reported AEFI. A total of 2 325 cases of AEFI were repor- ted, mainly distributed in September, June and April. Among the cases, more males were reported than fe-males; children under 1 year old accounted for 30. 75% of the total; AEFI occurred within 1 day after inocula-tion accounted for 79.05%. Among the causes, the general reaction and abnormal response accounted for 87.06% of the total, followed by coupling, and other causes were few. The reported incidence rate of AEFI o-riginated from the national immunization program （NIP） vaccine was 0. 35-64.25 per one million agents, far less than the expected number. Conclusion The timeliness, integrity and sensitivity of AEFI monitoring in Si-chuan province are comparatively low; the quality needs to be further improved. AEFI often occurs among young children and in the early stage after vaccinating, which should be the focus of monitoring.
