护患共同参与模式对肠造口患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护患共同参与模式对肠造口患者生存质量的影响。方法 50例肠造口患者随机分为2组。24例对照组给予常规出院指导和定期复查;26例观察组除常规护理指导外对患者进行评估,并共同制定护理计划,帮助和鼓励患者及家属积极参与自我护理。在患者出院时及6个月后进行综合生活质量评定问卷(GQOLI)测评并进行比较。结果观察组的GQOLI评分较干预前有明显提高,在躯体及心理健康、社会功能等维度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论护患共同参与模式用于肠造口患者的护理有助于提高患者的生存质量。Objective To investigate the influence of nurse -patient co-participation mode on life quality of pa-tients undergoing enterostomy. Methods An amount of 50 patients undergoing enterostomy were randomly divid-ed into two groups. There were 24 cases in control group were given conventional enterostomy care knowledge guidance and periodic review for 6 months, and 26 cases in observation group were evaluated clinically, and a 6-month nursing program was formulated corporately with nursing personnel. The observation group patients and their relatives were encouraged and promoted to actively participate in self - care. Life quality of all patients were evaluated and compared by General quality of life inventory （GQOLI）. Results The GQOLI scores of pa-tients in observation group were markedly elevated after the nursing program, which had significant difference with control group in several dimensionalities such as physical, mental health and social functions. Conclusion Application of nurse - patient co - participation mode in the nursing of patients undergoing enterostomy can help to improve their quality of life.
