摘　　要：文章以安徽师范大学院系资料室为例,阐述资料室在融入图书馆藏书管理系统进行图书编目与排架过程中,利用"中图法"详表,结合通用复分表,使用交替、组配等辅助细分,确定图书分类号及排架号。探讨符合高校院系资料室藏书特性的分类排架方法,提高图书信息管理和检索效率。The paper probes into the shelf classifications from both the features of reference rooms in departments and the characteristics of book collection of school libraries under the environment of joint construction and sharing with the university library. By taking the reference rooms of departments of Anhui Normal University as examples, the author holds that the arrangement of books in reference rooms should adopt the Chinese Library Classification, and determine the classification numbers and location symbols by using the sub-divisional tables and auxiliary symbol of alterative division and combination order so as to increase the efficiency of both management and retrieval.
