摘 要:以不同组成的碳四烃为原料,采用碳四低温芳构化生产高辛烷值汽油技术,在反应压力为2.0 MPa,反应温度为340~400℃,体积空速为1.0 h-1,氢气/原料油(简称氢油比,质量比,下同)为50∶1的条件下,考察SHY-DL催化剂对芳构化液相产物的影响。结果表明,各试样碳四烯烃转化率均大于99%;随着反应温度的升高,各试样碳五以上液体收率在380℃时达到最大值,汽油中芳烃质量分数提高,液相中汽油收率降低。以碳四烯烃质量分数为55.69%的碳四烃为原料,在反应温度为360℃,反应压力为2.0 MPa,体积空速为1.0 h-1,氢油比为50∶1的条件下,SHY-DL催化剂经过1 200 h的长周期运行表明,其活性与稳定性未见明显衰减。The C4 hydrocarbon was aromatized over catalyst SHY- DL to obtain high octane gasoline with different composition C4 hydrocarbons as martials at reaction pressure 2.0 MPa, reaction temperature 340- 400℃ , volume space velocity 1.0 h^-1 and hydrogen to martial oil mass ratio 50 : 1, and the effect of catalyst on the aromatized product in liquid phase was investigated. The results showed that for all C4 hydrocarbons used in this experiment, the conversion of C4 olefin was over 99%. With the increase of reaction temperature ,the liquid yield of C5 and above increased and reached maximum at 380℃ , the aromatic mass fraction in gasoline increased and the gasoline yield in liquid phase decreased. The activity and stability of catalyst had no evident decrease during a long - period evaluation of 1 200 h using C4 hydrocarbon (C4 olefin mass fraction 55.69% )as material at reaction temperature 360 ℃, reaction pressure 2.0 MPa, volume space velocity 1.0 h^-1 and hydrogen to material oil mass ratio 50 : 1.
