摘 要:为研究纤维增强树脂基复合材料中界面相应力传递性能差异,对T300碳纤维单丝进行拉伸实验,同步测量碳纤维单丝的电阻和应变对应关系,采集的数据表明二者存在线性关系,通过计算得到其灵敏系数K.然后搭建二维加载平台对斜十字模型进行拉伸,并通过数码偏光显微镜实时观察加载状态下的应力分布,结果表明中心区域应力均匀.在此基础上,将单丝碳纤维电阻测量法和斜十字模型相结合,利用灵敏系数确定斜十字模型中碳纤维与基体的界面相剪切应力,结合电阻法中灵敏系数来确定单丝复合材料体系界面相应力传递效率,结论实现了混合载荷下界面相力学性能的测量.In order to study the interphase stress transfer property of the fiber reinforced resin matrix composite,the researchers,were able to test the tensile property of single T300 carbon fiber,by examining the relationship between the electric resistance and the strain.The data collected indicated there was a linear relationship between them.After collecting the data,the coefficient of sensitivity K was acquired by means of computations.Next,a two-dimensional loading platform was built to load the tilted cross samples in tension and the stress distribution under loading was observed in real time through a digital polarizing microscope.The results demonstrated that the stress was homogeneous in its central region.Based on the above results,by combining the single carbon fiber electric resistance measurement method with the tilted cross model,the stress transfer efficiency in this single fiber composite system was confirmed with the caliberated coefficient of sensitivity.Thus the measurement of the mechanical properties of the interphase under mixed-mode loading was realized.
