摘 要:微波收发组件包含高灵敏度的接收机和大功率的发射机,要保证接收机和发射机同时正常工作,进行电磁兼容设计是非常必要的。结合某收发组件的研制过程,从微波电路、电源抗干扰和对外电磁辐射等三个方面对电磁兼容的影响进行分析,并且对设计结果进行了实际的试验验证。试验结果表明,组件发射机没有对接收机本身动态范围和灵敏度产生影响,电源接口和对外电磁辐射满足相关标准的规定,电磁兼容设计合理可行。Microwave transceiver includes a high-sensitivity receiver and a high-power transmitter. To guarantee that the receiver and transmitter can work properly together, it is necessary to per- form electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design. Combining with the development process of a certain transceiver, this paper analyzes the influence on EMC from three aspects: microwave cir- cuits,power anti-jamming and external electromagnetic radiation, and performs practical examina- tion validation to the design result. The experimental results show that the transmitter has no in- fluence on dynamic range and sensitivity of the receiver,and the power interface and external elec- tromagnetic radiation meet the provisions of the relevant standard, EMC design is reasonable and practicable.
