铺棉灸疗法治疗带状疱疹的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价铺棉灸疗法与西药疗法治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将2008年1月至2009年6月在成都、武汉、广州9个研究中心收治的201例带状疱疹患者,随机分为铺棉灸疗组(n=99)和西药组(n=102)。铺棉灸组给予铺棉灸,辅以针刺治疗,西药组给予常规西药治疗。结果①铺棉灸疗组总有效率92.9%,西药组91.2%,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);②结痂时间、脱痂时间方面,铺棉灸组与西药组比较,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05);③疼痛持续时间方面,铺棉灸组与西药组比较,差别有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);④后遗神经痛发生情况方面,第30天、第60天铺棉灸组与西药组比较,差别有显著统计学意义(P<0.05～0.01)。结论铺棉灸疗法对带状疱疹疗效确切,与西药常规疗法没明显差异。在促进结痂、缩短结痂时间、缩短疼痛持续时间及控制带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生方面,优于西药疗法。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effects of cotton-sheet moxibustion therapy and western medicine therapy for the treatment of herpes zoster. METHODS 201 cases with herpes zoster received and cured in 9 institutes in Chengdu, Wuhan, Guangzhou from January of 2008 to June of 2009 were randomized into cotton-sheet moxibustion group （99 cases） and western medicine group （102 cases）. The cotton-sheet moxibustion group were given cotton-sheet moxibustion supplemented by acupuncture treatment. The western medicine group were given regular western medicine. RESULTS ①The total effective rate of cotton-sheet moxibustion group was 92.2% and western medicine group 91.2%. There was no statistical difference （P 〉0.05）; ②In the aspects of incrustation time and decrustation time, there was statistical significance when the cotton-sheet moxibustion group were compared with western medicine group （P〈0.01）; ③As for the duration of pain lasting, there was significant statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）; ④As for the occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia, there was significant statistical difference between the two groups on the 30th day and 60th day. （P〈0. 05-0.01）. CONCLUSION The cotton-sheet moxibustion therapy has accurate effects on herpes zoster, which has no obvious difference with western medicine regular therapy. In the aspects of promoting incrustation, shortening incrustation time and pain duration and control- ling postherpetic neuralgia of herpes zoster, the cotton-sheet moxibustion therapy is better than the western medicine therapy. ：
