社区个案管理对精神分裂症患者康复质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨社区个案管理对精神分裂症患者病情控制及社会功能改善的效果。方法方便性抽样选择湖州市第三人民医院所属社区免费服药的精神分裂症患者100例,采用随机数字表法将其分为干预组及对照组各50例,干预组实行个案管理模式,对照组实行传统社区管理模式,采用简明精神病量表(brief psychiatric rating scale,BPRS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(social disability screening schedule,SDSS)评估患者的精神症状及社会功能。结果 1年后干预组患者的精神症状及社会功能均改善明显(均P<0.01),与对照组的差异亦有统计学意义(均P<0.05);1年内干预组复发率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论社区个案管理可以有效改善精神分裂症患者的症状及社会功能,降低复发率,对患者的康复有重要意义。Objective To explore the effect of community case management on the disease control of schizophrenic and their social functions. Methods A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Case management mode was implemented for the intervention group, while conventional community management mode for the control group. Their mental condition and social function were assessed by Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS） and Social Disability Screening Schedule （SDSS）. Results Psychological condition and social function of the intervention group are significantly improved （P（0.01） one year later. Significant differ- ence of psychological condition and social function were also found between the two groups（P（0.05）. Re- currence rate of intervention group is significantly lower than the control group within one year （P 0.05）. Conclusion Being meaningful to the recovery of schizophrenic, community case management can improve the symptom and social functions of schizophrenic, as well as reduce recurrence rate..
