摘  要:目的探讨精细化护理管理对提高神经内科护理质量的效果。方法 2011年1-12月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院神经内科病区内开展为期12个月的精细化护理管理,评价实施前后1个月内基础护理、特级护理、一级护理的合格率和出院患者住院期间意外事件发生率等指标;同时采用自制患者满意度问卷调查患者对护理工作的满意度。结果项目实施后护理质量各项指标和患者满意度均有很大提高,与实施前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论精细化护理管理项目的实施可以有效提高神经内科护理质量,建议在更多的科室进行推广。Objective To explore the effect of delicacy nursing management on nursing quality improve- ment. Methods A 12-month delicacy nursing management program was carried out in the Neurology De- partment. Qualification rate of basic nursing, intensive care and first-class nursing, accidents rate of patients during staying in the hospital and so on were evaluated 1 month before and after the program implemented respectively. A self-designed satisfaction questionnaire was used to evaluate patients' satisfaction with nur- ses' work. Results Both nursing technique quality and patients' satisfaction were greatly improved after the program. The differences before and after the program are statistically significant(P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Con- clusion Delicacy nursing management program can improve nursing quality effectively in Neurology Department, which calls for further popularization in the other departments.
