摘　　要：以AECOM环境规划设计(上海)有限公司完成的无锡地铁1、2号线两处终点站及地铁停车场的综合开发设计咨询为例,回顾在两个项目中面对地铁建设和城市更新的诉求,结合场地特质应用TOD(交通引导发展)开发的本质内涵,总结了在现有城市近郊地区对地铁站、地铁停车场及其周边街区整合设计实践中的经验与收获。并认为整合规划需要多专业团队的共同协作和应分不同阶段解决不同问题;整合规划要尽早进入轨道交通建设过程;应在城市管理层面建立统一的主管、审批机制,使国土、规划、轨道、交通等主管部门共同推进地铁及轨道交通沿线、车站与站城地区综合开发。Metro construction in China has entered a rapid and large - scale development period, the interaction and integration of Wuxi metro Line 1 and Line 2 terminal stations and metro depots has become a unique and pivotal opportunity in this boom of metro construction. By taking two TOD planning and design projects of the two terminal stations and metro depots as the example, the appeals occurred during metro construction and urban regeneration are reviewed, the nature of TOD and its application in the design process based on the site features are explained, the experiences and lessons from the design practice, especially from the integrated design of metro station, metro depot and the surrounding areas in city outskirts are summarized.
