摘　　要：学报编辑队伍的综合素质对高校学报发展具有重要作用。文章从高校学报的定位与发展方向、学报编辑队伍应具备的能力和提高学报编辑综合素质的途径等方面,论述了学报编辑队伍素质建设是高校学报发展的必要手段。The general professional quality of the editors is essential to the development of the school journals of universities. The way improving the staff quality is discussed from the aspects of the orientation of journal,and the necessary competence requirements for the editors. Hopefully, this study may contribute to the improvement of the staff quality for school journals.
