摘 要:以乳化交联法制备的壳聚糖/微硅粉(CS/MSF)复合树脂为载体,以水杨醛和天冬氨酸合成的席夫碱为配体,合成Co的席夫碱金属配合物及其负载型席夫碱金属配合物Salen-Co-CS/MSF,通过FTIR对其进行结构表征,以苯乙烯为底物,以分子氧为氧源,分别考察了各种催化剂对苯乙烯的环氧化性能。结果表明,负载型席夫碱金属配合物较小分子席夫碱金属配合物性能好,因此综合考察了Salen-Co-CS/MSF催化剂用量、温度、时间对苯乙烯催化环氧化性能的影响,结果表明,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为8 h,苯乙烯转化率达95%。With the Schiff base of L-aspartie acid and salicylaldehyde as ligand, the composite resin of chi- tosart/silica fume( CS/MSF) produced by emulsion crosslinking as the carrier,the Schiff base metal complexes of Co and the load-type Schiff base metal complexes of Co was synthesized. Their structural charac-terizations were determined by FTIR. This review also studied the catalytic performance of the catalysts, with oxygen as oxidant, styrene as substrate. Meanwhile, this article also imports a method of production of Co-Salen load in CS/MSF composite resin and also inspects the effect of the mount of Salen-Co-CS/MSF catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time. Finally the results show that the best reaction condition is as follows:the best reaction temperature is 80 ℃, the reaction time is 8 h, the conversion rate of styrene is 95%.
