摘　　要：由7个1'-烷基乙酰基二茂铁化合物在氢化钠存在下与乙酸乙酯作用,合成了7个β-二酮类化合物(CnH2n+1-C5H4FeC5H4-COCH2-COCH3,n=2～8),讨论了碱对合成带有烷基链的二茂铁基β-二酮类化合物反应的影响,并对产物的性质进行了初步研究。通过元素分析、红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱等测试手段对新化合物进行了表征。Described the methods to synthesized 1,1 ＇-disubstituted alkylferrocenyl β-diketones which are the important intermediates. The 7 1,1 ＇-disubstituted alkylacylferrocens （ Cn H2n ＋ 1 -C5 H4 FeC5 H4-COCH3, n = 2 - 8 ） with ethyl acetate in sodium hydride led to 7 1,1 ＇-disubstituted alkylferrocenyl β-diketones （ C, H2, ＋ 1 -C5 H4 FeC5 H4-COC H2 COCH3, n = 2 - 8 ）. In addition, the appropriate methods of synthesis were investigated. The factors affecting the reaction, such as bases, solvents etc, were discussed, then the reaction conditions were confirmed. The structures of all the new compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and ^1 H NMR.
